Disappointed

I purchased 2 of these. The first one I used paired just fine with my Android phone. After a few weeks, I had to unpair it. Since then I've never been successful at pairing it again. I've even tried pairing with another Android phone and it just won't pair. I can't count the number of times I've tried. Really disappointed.
The second one has paired with the same phone many, many times and it works beautifully. I just wish both of them worked.
