Product Warranty Policy

We’re committed to delivering quality products. Every item purchased from us or an authorized retailer is backed by a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the purchase date, unless a different term was specified at the time of sale.

Coverage Scope

This warranty applies only to issues resulting from manufacturing flaws. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, environmental conditions (like moisture or dust), power surges, unauthorized repairs, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service:

  1. First contact the retailer you purchased from, especially if they are an authorized seller.

  2. If direct service is needed, reach out to us for assistance and, if required, request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You can email us at info@maxpowerus.com.

  3. Provide a valid proof of purchase.

  4. We will email you back with the RMA number and then you may ship the unit to us. 

  5. You are responsible for shipping the item to us, including all related cost. Make sure to include a prepaid label along with the defective unit.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If it qualifies under this warranty, we will repair or replace it—using either new or refurbished parts—at our discretion, within 30 calendar days.
