MD565 Dog Style Portable Speaker

I have purchased this speaker, returned it for a new one, returned for a new one again and finally I am out of luck for my money back as they have a 7 day return policy. We ended up taking it apart to see what was happening and it looks like these things are designed to fail with the slightest bump. The wiring is barely holding on inside and even just putting the speaker in a bag at the store and taking it home is enough for it to break. The speaker does not even sound good it was a gift for my wife.
